I'd like to find out more about bringing Ava and Hunter into our family.

In the fall of 2005, Child Saving Institute created the Nebraska Heart Gallery to showcase older children available for adoption in the Omaha area. Child Saving Institute’s mission has always been “Responding to the cry of a child” and with your help, we continue to respond to the needs of older children and youth awaiting a safe, nurturing Forever Family.

Ava and Hunter

Born: 10/02/2014 and 03/13/2017

Photographed by Katie Anderson

Ava is a sweet young child who loves to be active and participate in activities such as gymnastics, swimming, and other miscellaneous activities available to her. Ava likes to talk and likes to learn and be informed of everything that is going on in her life. She lives with her brother, Hunter and they have always been together. Ava cares for her brother but they sometimes can get into sibling squabbles. Ava would benefit from a loving home that can be active and close to her.    Hunter is a sweet young child who loves to be active and participate in activities with his Foster Parents. Hunter is interested in playing with his toys, watching television, and going on outings during the day such as swimming. Hunter can be very rewarding once he establishes trust as he is someone who wants to be wanted in a forever home. Hunter lives with his older sister, Ava. He loves his sister and has always been with her, however, they do sometimes get into sibling squabbles. At this time, we are looking for a forever home for both Ava and Hunter Jones.
