I'd like to find out more about bringing Faith "Katie" into our family.

In the fall of 2005, Child Saving Institute created the Nebraska Heart Gallery to showcase older children available for adoption in the Omaha area. Child Saving Institute’s mission has always been “Responding to the cry of a child” and with your help, we continue to respond to the needs of older children and youth awaiting a safe, nurturing Forever Family.

Katie is determined to find a forever family and achieve permanency—she wants nothing more than a loving, stable family to call her own! She is a great student, attending school regularly and earning As and Bs in all her classes. Katie is smart, witty and a pleasure to be around. She enjoys having conversations about money and finances, gardening, animals, work and decorating. This polite, well-spoken youth has big dreams for her future. Right now, she is focused on obtaining a savings account so she can save her money to purchase a Nintendo Switch. Her work ethic shines bright as she’s providing COVID-19 support services to Girls, Inc. by volunteering her time cleaning and sanitizing the facility. Through these efforts, and others, Katie is learning valuable life skills. Will you consider opening your heart and home to Katie?
