I'd like to find out more about bringing Lydia into our family.

In the fall of 2005, Child Saving Institute created the Nebraska Heart Gallery to showcase older children available for adoption in the Omaha area. Child Saving Institute’s mission has always been “Responding to the cry of a child” and with your help, we continue to respond to the needs of older children and youth awaiting a safe, nurturing Forever Family.

Lydia is described as a laid back teenager with lots of interests. She is a big fan of the arts, especially pottery and would love the opportunity to expand on her drawing skills through an art class.  Lydia enjoys the outdoors where she can hike and explore nature, but also enjoys spending time shopping at the mall.  Lydia has an interest in music and has fun attending a variety of  concerts. She also likes to express herself through vibrant hair color and piercings. Lydia has a bright future ahead of her with many goals.  She desires to travel abroad and attend school to become a child and trauma counselor.
